DOG CLOTHES: How to choose correctly?
Share
The weather is changing and with the cold our first concern is to choose the right dog clothes so that our dog is protected from the adverse weather conditions.
Here are 5 steps to choose the perfect dog clothes this winter too!
Measure your dog correctly.
In order to arrive at the right size in dog clothes you should always have two dimensions available when you buy:
A) the spine length. Take a tape measure and measure from the neck to the base of the tail. This measurement in centimeters represents the back length.
B) the circumference of the chest. Take a measuring tape and wrap it around your dog's chest, that is, where the last sides of the chest are and the waist begins at the widest point. This measurement in centimeters represents the circumference.

Choose the right material.
If your dog is allergic to certain fabrics or materials then choose dog clothes that are not against this allergy. For example if your dog is allergic to synthetic clothes then you only have to choose the cotton fabric.
Buttons, zipper or no closure?
Choose zippered dog clothes only if you can manage your dog's coat properly so it doesn't get "chewed" by the garment. If your dog is, for example, long-haired, prefer clothes that go directly over the head, without closures or with button closures.
Identify what use you want it for.
If you strictly need it for rain only then you can go for a simple dog raincoat . On the contrary, if you want it to give extra style but also protection, you can go to corresponding designs!
